If any of these statements resonate with you – welcome to the powerfully transformative work of the Sacred Breath Method.
In this intentionally crafted container, we create space for you to explore your inner landscape using the power of the breath, a musical playlist to help descend, open, release and experience, and a certified trauma-informed facilitator to guide you into the depths of body, mind and spirit while holding space for your unique unfolding.
Here, we use the breath to illuminate deep insights and provide the spark for personal transformation. Guided by the spirit of the breath you are lovingly led and held through the discomfort of what was in order to glean the wisdom of what is possible. This is the work – in breathwork there is nowhere to hide. You must be willing to go down and through in order to transmute the pain, the wounds, the trauma, the ways you have kept yourself small, the truths you came to believe about how you should live and who you should be that aren’t yours – in order come out the other side transformed and empowered. Conscious connected breathwork may bring us face to face with the parts of ourselves that are not being fully acknowledged, met or seen allowing us to confront our own unique limiting beliefs and fully release those energetic blockages held in the physical body to reclaim our personal power.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork and the Sacred Breath Method, the breath can begin to dissolve self-sabotaging narratives that aren’t in alignment with our core truths. This allows us to awaken our souls truth, reclaiming what has been dormant in our hearts and connecting into our authentic essence so we can move into the fullness and richness of who we really are. The power of the breath is it always reminds us that we are our own healers!
Both private and group breathwork sessions are available on select Sundays + Mondays beginning in February 2025!!!
A big why behind this practice is to create intentional space to explore and process the full range of our emotions with safety, to explore our inner emotional landscapes in a compassionate space of non-judgement, where every part of us is welcome and all emotions are given equal permission to be expressed (not just the “feel-good” ones). This somatic experiencing helps unwind tension patterns, de-armor, and reconnect us to areas we’ve maybe dissociated from to help re-establish safety, vibrancy and freedom within the physical and emotional bodies.
As is often said in breathwork “the only way out is through”. The breath always shows us what we need to see to fully embody ourselves and our lived experiences. It’s teacher and guide. This work offers us a wonderfully unique way to experience ourselves while inviting in a depth of healing that can lead to profound transformation.
If after reading this and reviewing the list of contradictions you feel aligned in saying YES to this practice, I would so love to hold that space for you!
